What is the Air handler Central Cooling Design Temperature Input and how is it impacting the System Design?

Hello, I am a relatively new user of Open Studio and am not sure what the "Central Cooling Design Temperature" Input is doing from the point of view of design.

image description

From the look of the simulation results it is the Zone Cooling Design Supply Air Temperature which decides the Design Airflow for each zone and the AHU cfm capacity.

The "Central Cooling Design Temperature" seems redundant in this case. In my experience with design and Load estimation, we always have air temperature coming from the AHU (with fan heat added) as the temp input for zone load estimation. Is there some specific use for the "Central Cooling Design Temperature" ?

One of these inputs is for zone sizing, the other for air loop system sizing.
