How is fan power calculated

In air loops and packaged rooftop systems the input values for a fan, seen below, somehow equate to actual fan power, also seen here. What's the equation that OpenStudio/EnergyPlus uses to calculate the fan energy? Is there anywhere one can simply input the actual/measured fan energy?

I don't think there is a direct way to input the fan power to EP or OS, but there is a work around, check these posts:

Thanks, I think I get it now. Also, on this answer in the first link you give, there is a link to a spreadsheet that helps to calculate this.
