I get the error for each radiant ceiling that I inserted in different thermal zones in my model. I cannot find the field in open studio in which I can set the corresponding values to higher than 0.001. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Do you know how to fix it? Thank you in advance for your help and time!

This error is reported when the surface is really small.

Go back into the Openstudio Sketchup Plugin and use the search function to search for Surface x. You will find a really small surface.

Delete the surface and unhide your model. Make sure that this did not delete another surface it was connected to (if it did, just redraw the surface by connecting two vertices).
