Chiller water plant with absorption chiller with recovered heat source [closed]

Hi,

I'm trying to model a chiller water plant using chiller electric EIR + absorption chiller, for the absorption chiller i'm using recovered heath source (form a fuel power generator), do somebody explain how to model the hot exhaust gas source like a free source?
