There are scenarios about the future of climate especially in accordance to global warming. I'm wondering where I could find corresponding epw files for various locations/cities.

The best tool I know is Meteonorm (https://www.meteonorm.com/), although you´d have to get a license. Probably worth if you are planning to work on several locations.

Thank you for sharing. Is there any FREE option for students. I only need data for ONE location.

They have all the options on their website, but I guess it´d still be costly if you only need one location.

WeatherShift does not provide all locations, as for instance for Portugal in my case.

I use a small and simple software (CCWeatherGen) that you can find here, as well as all related manuals/tutorials: http://www.energy.soton.ac.uk/ccweath...

Hope that it may be usefull to you.

thanks for sharing. This page (http://www.energy.soton.ac.uk/ccweath...) refers to this (http://www.energy.soton.ac.uk/files/2...) and then to this ( http://www.ipcc-data.org/sres/hadcm3_...). The latter seems to be a dead end (error 404). Is there any alternative way?

I used CCWeatherGen for free, and it was helpful. Thank you

Obviously this is an old thread, but does anyone have the solution to the home of those HadCM3 files? Still refers to missing files, I have googled the file names, sends me to another broken link. I am trying to use this program while I wait for a WeatherShift order to come through (fingers twiddling impatiently) but I can't find those foundation files so it doesn't work. Anyone have the new location, or able to send theirs? Thanks!
