equest not showing windows

I just put equest 3.65 on Windows 10. I don't see how to get the dozens of windows (screens? pages?) where you put all the data into. Schematic design wizard is grey. I have detailed tips for my students based on those windows. Thanks.

@david.denkenberger - on the eQUEST Startup Options dialog box did you select "Create a New Project via the Wizard"?
