how to model blank space inside filled area outside, using create spaces from geometry?

Hi, i attached here with details. I followed various steps to avoid this studio like, I created new zone and extrude it to the upper floor. it is showing there is hollow space , but when i save this file and again open it the same will be open with out any hollow space.
