I've looked at several examples and tried the setup suggested here (shown below) and several similar versions, including the DOAS/WSHP measure which creates a similar setup, tried it with dual setpoints, and with bypass.

However, regardless of the method, the loop temperature does not stay within the range I specify (62-88 deg. F). The results below are from 5 zone example file that I used to test the system. In the image below, the temperatures are after the boiler are in orange, and after the cooling tower are in blue.

I also tried running the boiler and cooling tower in series with dual setpoints, per the post here.
image description This seemed to fix the min. condenser temperature but not the max., and the loop temperatures increased significantly. Again, I tried with and without bypass, the cooling tower in series with bypass, various control strategies for the boiler, etc. But the results were all similar. image description

Am I missing a component, or does anyone have a setup that works better for this system type?

Update: I added the 5 zone test files to Google Drive.

You might want to read my (non-answered) question Definitive right way to model a WSHP loop as I at least present the alternatives that are offered to you in this case

Thank you Julien. I reviewed the descriptions in your question, and I attempted to model the various control strategies described. However, I was not able to keep the loop temperatures within the 62-88 deg. F range. I added the test files to Google Drive and shared the link (above), but I'm wondering if I missed something in the model or misinterpreted the control strategy.
