I am doing an EnergyPlus simulation using the actual air-conditioning units of the building. The ACU's are window type therefore, I used the ZoneHVAC:WindowAirConditioner of the IDF and that also needs the data of the cooling coil to used. Now, I used the Cooling Coil DX Single Speed and I find it difficult on what values be inputted in the following: 1. Gross Rated Cooling Capacity 2. Gross Rated Heat Sensible Ratio 3. Rated Air Flow Rate

I would like to ask a help on how to solve this values or are there any constants to multiplied since I modeled an actual 2.5 horsepower ACU.

Look up the data on the manufacturers site. Your AC unit has a model number, google that number and look up the specifications. Manufacturers data will include the data your looking for, total rated capacity, SHR (or they show total and sensible capacity where SHR = sensible/total), and air flow rate. Look for the data at 35 C (95 F) outdoor dry-bulb temperature and 19.44 C (67 F) indoor wet-bulb temperature and use that data to input your HVAC unit.
