I want to easily model an air system a water radiator heating system and an underfloor heating/cooling system. I am looking for a way to change the convective/radiant fraction of the Ideal Air Loads System. I do not want to model an HVAC system so I would just want to give an indication to energy plus of how much of the energy is due to convection or due to radiation without modelling anything more complicated (object, connections etc).

No, ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAirSystem is 100% convective. There is no way to change that.

As has been mentioned before, this is not possible, but you can achieve the same result by using a ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Electric object. See also further post.
