Input Output 8.9 reference DaylightingDevice:Shelf dated specification

I am trying to create the DaylightingDevice:Shelf object in a measure, but the input output 8.9 reference section on DaylightingDevice:Shelf is dated.

The fields for BuildingSurface:Detailed contain non existent fields image description

Is there a good idf example file for a DaylightingDevice:Shelf object and accompanying objets? Is there updated documentation too? There are requirements on the orientation of the shading surface and building surface that would be nice to know.

You can look at 'DaylightingDeviceShelf.idf' example file which you can find under the exampleFiles directory in your E+ installation directory.

Generally speaking you might want to use the 'ExampleFiles-ObjectsLink.html' to find examples with Objects of interest. Also you can use the ExampleFiles.html to find what is inside the example files. Both html files are also located under the above mentioned directory.

@Avi Thanks. I did not know about the 'ExampleFiles-ObjectsLink.html' file. It will be a lot easier to search the example files now.
