My model is an office building in which the thermal zones located in the extent of the building are modeled by a solid wall surfaces with fixed window has sub-surfaces. I want to evaluate the relation between the solid wall stored heat gain to the total zone heat gain. How can I present the total zone heat gain through radiation, conduction, and convection? I do know how to evaluate the stored heat inside the solid wall but I can't figure out about the zone heat gain.

It's not clear what you are looking for here. There are many components to "zone heat gain". What specifically to look at depends on where you draw the boundary volume and how it relates to the surfaces. A good starting point is the "Sensible Heat Gain Summary" table report. Search for this in the Input Output Reference to find a list of the individual output variables which feed this report.
