Difference between BEopt Hourly Output Files

Whenever I run BEopt in design mode I get three hourly output files for each design I'm running. It seems that the 'first' file matches the energy totals in the graphs on the output screen, but the other two files have different energy values for the same case. What is the difference between these three files?

You get 3 simulations per design if you check the "ERI" box on the run dialog. When requesting an Energy Rating Index calculation, BEopt will run simulations for the HERS Reference Home and the HERS Rated Home in addition to the standard BEopt simulation.

If you're using Retrofit mode, there can be multiple simulations to represent multiple year ranges with equipment wearing out and being replaced.

I think the multiple output files get combined into a single 1_Hourly.csv for displaying in DView.

Thanks Eric -

I'm in new construction mode and I still get 3 hourly files per design. The Excel files are stored in BEopt's program files and are named '##_Hourly' where 01, 02, 03 are for my first design, 04, 05, 06 for my second design and so on. I can also view all 3 files for each design in DView.

The first file for each design corresponds to the output I see on the output screen in BEopt, but the other two hourly files have different data for the same design and I still don't know what they represent.
