wall heat flow graphs

How can I get an output graph of the heat energy flow through the external wall surface? I'm using the Xesco viewer but I Can only manage to view the temperature divergence in a thermal zone and not in a surface.

Are you using EnergyPlus? I assume so because you're using xeso viewer, but wanted to make sure.
