Hi, normally not accounting heat gain from people for heating sizing (so building equipment can met peak heating demand also when it is unoccupied). But if yuo want to take in consideration a base gain of people in some circustances (i.e. any constant occupation for cerain particular building type) you can revise the schedule:compact of the people occupancy and improve your specific schedule (period and fraction) for the WinterDesignDay (that normally is set to zero). Furthermore, check plant and/or equipment oversizing factor for an accurate evaluation between sizing and peak heat demand.
