Boost.Geometry Overlay invalid input exception

Hi, I'm working with an energy model that involves the use of Open Studio and Sketch up. I tried to run a simulation however, I recieved the following error:

InitSideDaylitAreas() error processing space '0-UNC_Parking Lot_L 2': Boost.Geometry Overlay invalid input exception

Can this error be fixed in Notepad++ or in Openstudio.
