FMU export error - FFD Buildings library

I attempted exporting one of the examples of FFD based thermal zone model from Buildings Library (5.1) as FMU from Dymola environment and ran into the following error along with multiple ''function' : conversion from 'size_t' to 'SizeType', possible loss of data' type warnings. Do FFD based thermal zone models support FMI export?
