Problem with Boundary conditions in OpenStudio SketchUp plugin

Hello :)

I don't know why when I use the surface matching tool in this building (Intersect in entire model + Match in entire model) and then render by boundary conditions to check, I don't get the expected results as shown below.

What do you think I should I do to fix it ? And if I can't, does it affect a lot the simulation results?

Yes the boundary conditions can affect your result, the surface matching tool not always work with accuracy, for better results check the surfaces, its boundary conditions and its matching surface with surface in .idf editor to be sure, greetings
