Problem with Boundary conditions in OpenStudio SketchUp plugin

Hello :)

I don't know why when I use the surface matching tool in this building (Intersect in entire model + Match in entire model) and then render by boundary conditions to check, I don't get the expected results as shown below.

What do you think I should I do to fix it ? And if I can't, does it affect a lot the simulation results?
