roof deck insulation: where to enter specs

In the "Unfinished Attic" category, there are options that have insulation at the roof deck (scroll down to options 27–42).

If you draw a building with "Finished Attic" or "Vaulted Ceiling" space types, then you'll see a "Finished Roof" category on the options screen, which also has options for roof deck insulation.
