Greater than 100% humidity in DOE reference model [closed]
Calculated Relative Humidity [%]= 104.69 in the DOE Warehouse reference model. This error may be related to a Negative humidity in DOE reference model Unmet Hours solution that went over my head.
Here is a google drive link for the zip of the idf and generated files.

Here is a google drive link for the idf that has been significantly cleaned up with different design days.

Both the err files have the same warning.
If you are having issues with the reference models, post them here: https://github.com/NREL/openstudio-st... rather than on Unmet Hours. For this specific issue, the model location is different than the weather file - did you change the location? That will causes issues with hard-sized equipment.
@mdahlhausen Yes. The research project is to come up with optimizations of the reference models in every CA climate zone. Which object field should I change to autosize to fix the warning? Or is the solution more complicated?
@mdahlhausen I will post the rest on github. I did post another before you replied. DOE reference model warnings: Potential issue with equipment sizing for Coil:Cooling:DX:TwoSpeed
It's not just simply changing the weather file - you need to change design days, water main temperatures, ground temperatures, and re-run sizing. The reference buildings also include climate-zone specific things like economizers. California has it's own code, so the constructions will be entirely different as well. Your best bet is to use DEER prototypes which are California specific. There is a measure to build those on BCL: https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/84449.
Others options are to try the Change Building Location measure https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/82184, use the Create Baseline Building https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/83661 on a default model, or use the Space Type and Construction Set Wizard https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/82266 and then add HVAC systems with the openstudio-standards gem in your own script.
