Hi,
I am working on OpenStudio for a residential building but I only found building types like: Restaurants, hotels, schools ... etc and nothing like residential or flats or house. 
What do you think I should do ?

You might like to take a look at BEOPT which is a software based on E+. It is somewhat less comperhensive then OpenStudio.
