Parametric Analysis Tool: material properties' change will remain?

Hello, I am now trying to use parametric analysis tool for my OS model of a horticultural greenhouse. Because the floor of greenhouses made of soil and it is difficult to determine the parameters, I would like to vary parameters of soil material by using PAT and which parameter set will suite for the research site.

I think there's no measures to change the properties of material in BCL (if there is, I'd like to know it). So, I will prepare the measure for this.

Before that, I'd like to know about a point below; After changing the properties of material, will it be reflected to the seed model?

I'd be very glad if you give me any tips.

Thanks.

A design alternative in pat is as follows:

Seed model + configured measure(s) => new model => IDF => Results

So no, it will not override anything in the Seed model (that wouldn't be a good idea...) but you'll find all the resulting OSMs corresponding to your design alternatives in your PAT folder after you run them, so you can always select the one that worked best for you for ulterior work.
