I am trying to bring up the BCL through the Components & Measures menu of Version 1.6. I copy my key into the open space but it returns a message that my key is invalid. I think so far as I know, my account is configured correctly.
Who at NREL or elsewhere can help me with this? Thanks.
Make sure you don't have a trailing space on your key. Sometimes whey you copy it from the website that can happen. If that doesn't fix it then email your BCL user name to openstudio@nrel.gov and we can track down the issue. Have you used this key on a different computer or is the the first time you tried to use it?
