ground heat exchanger with open water source

Hello,

I would like to model a ground heat exchanger with an open water soucre. Do you have any tpis how I can archive that? The Open water soucre feeds water with the same Temperature to the heatpump for heating an cooling, the wohle year. Maybe it is possible to connect a district heating or cooling to the heatpump?
