After simulation in error log I see this error

** Severe ** Node Connection Error, Node="NODE 105", ZoneInlet node did not find an outlet node.
** ~~~ ** Reference Object=ZONEHVAC:EQUIPMENTCONNECTIONS, Name=KOTLOWNIA
** Severe ** Node Connection Error, Node="NODE 77", ZoneExhaust node did not find a matching inlet node.
** ~~~ ** Reference Object=ZONEHVAC:EQUIPMENTCONNECTIONS, Name=KOTLOWNIA
************* There were 2 node connection errors noted.

I thought it's because I tried modeling radiant ceiling and some time ago I removed panels from KOTLOWNIA zone, but I deleted old water loop (both heating and cooling loop) but still error exists. There's none of the radiant panels left in Thermal Zone whatsoever. I have no idea what to do or where to delete it.

Maybe this measure would help? https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/82267

It removes unused objects.

Without sharing your file it's going to be hard to help you... Bottom, line is that you need to find the orphaned objects.

Of course, you're right! Here is link to the file. Under the link is an zip archive. Inside is the osm file and the folder with files created during simulation.

Euh, I don't really want to download 1.1 Gigabytes of data just to help you. Can you post only the OSM (and perhaps EPW)?
