I would like to know what is the difference between these two columns: surface name and outside boundary condition object? The same name of the surface must appear in both columns?

The first object is the surface which is one of the walls, ceilings or floors of the space the second object describes the matched surface. For instance, if two rooms have one common wall OS describes that wall as two surfaces, one for each room. When there isn't adjacent wall it is said to have outside conditions which are described in the last two columns.
