High efficiency whole house dehumidifier

I would like to simulate a high efficiency whole house dehumidifier in E+ or preferably in OS. The Dehumidifier uses heat recovery to reach high efficiency. I wonder whether I can use the following setup to simulate it:

I intend to use HVR and a water to air coil.
