Just make a 0.5m block between floors and assign it as plenum (Activity tab). After that verify the thickness of the floors - Construction tab/ Geometry, Areas and Volume.
I tried to draw a plenum between the floors, but in that case my plenum is located between the lower room ceiling and the upper room floor. how could i make it between 2 floors of the same room?I would be grateful if you could help me with this part!

I did an exercise on a smaller building than the real one to solve the simulation part faster. the idea is that the section of the real building looks like the one in the previous picture. now I have made a plenum as recommended and I have a error according to which: Plenum is specified as having a radiant surface but no radiant surfaces in the zone have an internal source set in their Construction
Go to the plenum and select it's floor. I'm guessing that the plenum floor has different layers than a regular floor.
