How can I model a technical floor in design builder without a plenum command? [closed]

I need to do a technical floor and I tried with a plenum but it is not functional for my project. Does anyone know how to do it,or by what means could I obtain this in the builder design program?

Hey! I talked to designbuilderteam and it seems like I can not model LECU in the program and offered me some alternative solutions! thanks for your help
