Primary/Secondary Loop

I'm doing a model in OpenStudio that HVAC system water-cooled has a primary/secondary loop.

When I model a system with primary/secondary loop in OpenStudio, occur an error.

I already saw a topic here about this but I think the answer was talking about an heat exchanger.

Is there already some solution to model Primary/Secondary loop in OpenSudio?

I have had this issue as well and have not found a solution. I would really appreciate any insight into this issue.

More detail on the specific error you are seeing would help us to identify the issue.

I posted this topic earlier which was responded to by @aparker (thanks). I tried the procedure suggested in the reply and it's working. The Plant Application Guide in the EnergyPlus documentation describes how the fluid to fluid heat exchanger is used instead of the commonpipe object to model primary/secondary loop.
