can anybody explain me please what is wrong with my model?

can someone please help me fix my model, because i have fatal error whatever i try to do and i really do not understend what can i do anymore. it is a large building and i thought that the design builder can not calculate it. I need a simulation to analyze comfort in the building all year round.

Can you at least post the extract from eplusout.err so we can see what your fatal error is?

I tried to load the 3d model but I do not understand why it does not work. this is the point i reached with my model.

Your geometry is messed up, you have a window that is larger than its base surface (=wall), and you're missing a floor surface for one zone.

I fixed the windows. the idea is that they got offset when I made the rooms inside the building and I did not realize that. the gap in the ceiling appears in the project and i must put it there but I found a way to calculate it. Thanks for your help.

Your geometry is messed up, you have a window that is larger than its base surface (=wall), and you're missing a floor surface for one zone.

Fix the geometry and it will load again.
