ZoneVentilation:WindandStackOpenArea Opening area

I am currently trying to model a room with a total of 9 windows but only 3 of them open. I do not understand how to specify which windows open and which do not using the ZoneVentilation:WindandStackOpenArea object. I have looked at using the AirflowNetwork:Multizone:Component:DetailedOpening but I would have to approximate too many values to use this and I want my model to be as simple as possible.

Also I was hoping someone could define what area is meant by opening area, the windows I am modeling open along the horizontal at the bottom and in towards the room. Technically the whole area is open but the window still acts as an obstacle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
