Measure entrance temperature of supply air into the room and exit temperature in the control volume

I am quite a noob in E+, I need those temperatures as it required by my cost function. Also, I have some concern about estimating currrent air mass in a room. Thanks in advance

You can add this measure from BCL, select 'include demand side nodes' in the options and using DView, check the temperatures of the nodes in the airloop just before and after the thermal zones. You can also refer this unmethours post
