A question about the example in Energyplus 8.7——ZoneCoupledKivaSlab.idf

ZoneCoupledKivaSlab.idf is a example Energyplus8.7. When I change the setpoint schedules as follow C:\fakepath\微信截图_20180314212407.png and reduce the thermal conductivity of ground slab, the district heating will increase. This phenomenon also exist in my project with Kiva foundation. So how to understand this problem?
