Actuating pump mass flow rate in EnergyPlus using BCVTB

Hi everyone.

I am now trying to actuate my EnergyPlus .idf (what I have to actuate is pump mass flow rate in my model) with using BCVTB. In my model, there are total five pumps on the supply side of the loops. I examined whether I can actuate the pump's mass flow rate with my determined value, but I failed. For example, If I put a certain value of pump mass flow rate, and then after BCVTB ran the simulator(EnergyPlus), the csv results show the different value of pump mass flow rate that I input.

Is it possible result? or am I missing something to concern? Anyone has experienced this problem?
