air flow temperature - natural vent. by convection

How can I obtain the air temperature inside an specific area of a thermal zone, please? I am using EnergyPlus. My case is: I would like to simulate 2 thermal zones with the air naturally circulating between them (through 2 opening - one at the bottom and one at the top of the interzone surface - operated according to schedule), due to convection caused by the increment of temperature in one of the zones. Considering this case, I need to obtain the air temperature of the air entering at the bottom opening and temperatura of air returning at the top opening.

Is there any way I can do this? Or any proxy that I could use to obtain these values?

Thank you in advance

You may have a look at these example files:

  • AirflowNetwork3zVent.idf
  • AirflowNetwork_MultiZone_House.idf
  • AirflowNetwork_Simple_House.idf

The Engineering Reference in the Documentation explains what you need to take into consideration.

Be aware that you may need to request specific outputs.
