The Zone Window Transmitted Solar Radiation Rate doesn't change when window is open while modeling an operable window. It remains the same as a closed window with a given SHGC Value. What changes should I make in my model ?

I am modeling a naturally ventilated building. I need to know the exact solar radiation entering the zone when the window is open. However, I discovered that the solar radiation entering the room doesn't change when the window is open. What changes should I make in my model to get this to work ?

Thank you

Yes, EnergyPlus Airflow Network (Natural Ventilation) does not affect the thermal properties of operated windows. An approach would be using EMS Surface Construction State actuator to change the window properties (to a clear glass), which involves certain experience with EMS to sync those changes with the opening of the windows.
