Hello together, I'm a total beginner with E+. For a project at our university we designed a building with one zone with E+ v8.5. In this zone we should implement a stand alone dehumidifier. So I wanted to use the ZoneHVAC:Dehumidifier:DX. There is no HVAC System installed, the dehumidifer should use it's own fans to circulate the room air. What do I need to place the dehumidifier in the room? Thank you in advance for your effort to support me.

Best regards

Andreas

You can read all you need to know about the ZoneHVAC:Dehumidifier:DX in the Input Output Reference. you can also refer to the example named WindACRHControl.idf which you can find in the EnergyPlusV8-5-0\ExampleFiles folder of your installation drive. If then you will have more specific question you can post new question.
