I want to develop a building room by using insulator in the inner wall with concrete outerwalls and measure its innerside temperature. Any tutorial on how to prepare geometry and measure temperature?

I will assume you are going to use EnergyPlus or Open Studio for this model (please specify it). To build your geometry you will first need to add Euclid or OpenStudio plug-in to Sketchup. Information about how to build your geometry can be found, for example, here or here. You should also have a look at the "Getting Started" file you downloaded with EnergyPlus (in the Documentation folder), because Exercise1 is very similar to the simple model you want to develop and can be a good starting point.
