hello, i want to consider energy consumption of 3 model of multi story atrium buildings. i draw a central atrium with partitions at the center of the building, then i make hole at the roof of the atrium and do this for all of the floors. finally i merge zones connected by the hole.but i have problem with the result of simulation...i think its because of the way of modelling.because when i try it with single story, the problem doesn't occur.is there any way to modelling such buildings in design builder?

I suggest to model the atrium as a single zone in a single storey block inserted in adjacence within the other floor blocks. Because the hole solution follow the setting in Model Options - Advanced - Natural Ventilation: "Model airflow through holes and virtual partitions" and related calculation setting values of your model.
