HVAC vanishing in OpenStudio models

I've had HVAC vanish from several OS models when I save them (we have cloud-based storage - Dropbox). I'll go back in to work on them days/weeks later, and the HVAC is completely gone. To work around this, I've even saved latest & greatest versions in other places in our cloud storage. 'Same.

Anyone else have this experience? And more importantly, how do I get this to STOP happening?

Windows 7
OS versions 2.1 & 2.3

You can read that article at DropBox website.

My gut feeling is that it is somewhat risky to start with, I think it would be better to work on local disk and from time to time to save to DropBox. But again I am not aware of your needs and in no way expert.

Anyway it does not seem to be OS problem.
