I have got problemes with surface matching in legacy openstudio [closed]
my model is complete but the surface matching doesn't work. I check it in different model and its all right . so my application works properly . another problem is that the in side wall o inside doors doesnt recognized by software as the interior objects
Can you provide some more details on specifically what is going wrong? In the legacy plugin surface matching will only find surfaces with an exact match. We don't have built in intersection functionally to split surfaces. The issue related to inside doors not being recognized as interior sounds like the same issue as surface matching. You can use the inspector to manually match surfaces, which is fine if your model is small. Some screenshots may help.
tanQ for yr recommendations. certainly I will apply that for next times. but for this problem, apparently my setup got some problems. so I re-install the program and the match surface problem have solved
Since re-install resolved this I'll close this.
