HI, I would like to know how to simulate, or create an external wall that has in the area of this external wall one part that has one type of construction and other construction in the rest of the area.

I mean that in an area of the exterior wall has a set of layers different from the rest of the area of the wall. It is possible to create it in Sketchup or Openstudio?

It can be easily done. In SketchUP, you need to divide that wall into two surfaces. Then, eather in SketchUp or in OS assign the desired construction to the relevant surface.
