The slab or basement program in EnergyPlus is not working. I have the weather file for the location. Is there any way I can figure out the ground temperatures with the use of the weather file?

@Julie1, what are you trying to do exactly? EPW files contain ground temperatures, typically for 3 depths (more information, here). If you are just trying to determine an undisturbed ground temperature profile, EnergyPlus has several objects that allows you to do that, for example using the Kusuda-Achenback correlation

No. I'll need to pre-process these information in the pre-process program of EnergyPlus. Refer to the Auxiliary Programs' Manual chapter 3 at EnergyPlus.net/documentation.

Ground temperatures varies between 15 and 25 °C but you can calculate it.

Thank you for you answer! Do you mean that I should send you the file?
