Hi!

From first glance of your question, considering the building is not conditioned, the issue could be that your building is overheating purely from solar/internal gains and there is no way for the building to cool down.

Is it overheating in the winter months as well? How hot is it getting? I can't see your PDF, if you want you can send it to my email linked to this account.

Hope this helps!
