Mini- Chiller plant side model in OS

I am trying to implement mini-chiller such as this one in OS. As I understand from reading other posts and from reading E+ documents, for the plant cooling side I should use Chiller:Electric:EIR. It is the plant heating side in which I am not sure what to use. Last thing is the DHW plant which as far as I understand uses heat recovery whenever cooling mode is on, again I have no idea what to use for that.
