Error in Results Summary

Has anyone seen an error like this before? The openstudio model is running successfully but the results summary is displaying nothing but an error image like in the picture.C:\fakepath\Error.JPG

I tried different versions ( Openstudio 2.2.0 and Openstudio 2.3.0) too but I got the same error.

Can you look in your model's "reports" subdirectory? There should be an eplustbl.html and openstudio_results_report.html. Try opening that openstudio report html in your web browser. If it opens there and not in the App, then it could be a bug in the App. If the html file is messed up then there's possibly a problem in your simulation or the reporting measure.

Yeah, I can open the html file. Just wondering what could be the reason for that problem. Thanks ljbrackney!

That sounds like it could be a bug in the App then. What operating system are you using?

Does it show up when you hit the 'refresh' button? I've had the report fail to load in the app the first time, but 'Refresh' always seems to work. Happens especially when the osm is located on a network drive.
