I want to verify the result exporting air system cooling energy from the model which implement FCU and PAU(for FA supply)
However, when I export Air System Total Cooling Energy, it seems that cooling energy by PAU is not included.
Does anyone know how I can export cooling energy for PAU?

"Air System Total Cooling Energy" should give you "DOAS:Air System Total Cooling Energy [J]" which is a cooling energy by PAU (if this is DOAS). The cooling energy for FCU can be found by "Fan Coil Cooling Energy"

You can use "VRF Heat Pump Total Cooling Rate"
