I am looking to model the data centers with energyplus with its feature of modeling data centers such as data center IT equipment and data center HVAC equipment. Is there any reference prototypical model for data centers available for reference?

You should take a look at the Example Files that are in the E+ installation folder, you will find many good examples as a starting point. There are two .html files that will help you find the files of interest.

For example, 1ZoneDataCenterCRAC_wPumpedDXCoolingCoil.idf might be a good starting point if you happen to have CRACs as cooling systems. 2ZoneDataCenterHVAC_wEconomizer.idf which relies on Single-Zone AirLoopHVAC objects, 5ZoneSupRetPlenRAB.idf will show you how to set up an Under Floor Air Disitribution (UFAD), etc.
